Out of Country Orders
Due to the extra shipping cost of orders outside the USA, we have added $5.00 to the overall cost for Out of Country Orders. Please select the appropriate Purchase Button if you are ordering from outside of the United States.Shipping and Handling
Shipping and Handling charges of $4.00 are included in the total prices shown and charged on the Purchase Now page.To order using Postal Mail service, please go to our Postal Order Form. Fill out the necessary information, print the form and mail it in to us at the address specified on the form. Our policy states that personal check orders must wait 14 days for the check to clear before processing your order.
